Candidate Location: Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua
Salary: $1,200 + Commission

Job Summary:
Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with prospects through methods such as calling, emailing, and social media to identify new business opportunities, establish connections, and drive growth.
  • Aggressively identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Nurture early-phase opportunities to develop future pipeline potential.
  • Generate business and achieve sales quotas through prospecting activities and meeting sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of business intelligence with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Cold call, prospect, and convert calls into actual sales activities with a proven record in lead generation.
  • Proactively build a book of business using various lead-generation methods.
  • Demonstrate computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with the internet.
  • Knowledge of IT services or professional services is a plus.

Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of recent Sales Development experience with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated job tenure and commitment in previous roles.

Language Proficiency:

  • Excellent written and spoken English; native or near-native proficiency preferred.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; some higher education preferred.
  • Formal training, certifications, or technology support experience is strongly preferred.
