Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote (Nearshore candidates preferred)

Compensation: $1,100 - $1,300 monthly

Founded in 2013, OSR Manage is a sales organization that works specifically in the Managed Services IT industry. Our role is to work with IT companies, owners, and leadership teams around the country to recruit, train, and manage IT salespeople and sales teams.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Remote Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role involves prospecting potential clients, the primary responsibility is to set appointments with potential clients through various outreach methods, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking. The ideal candidate will be proactive in developing a market focus and lead generation strategy, with a strong emphasis on setting appointments via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily activities to maximize productivity in cold calling.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects using various prospecting and lead generation techniques.
  • Identify and qualify potential opportunities, nurturing early-phase prospects.
  • Meet sales goals by generating business through consistent prospecting activities.
  • Maintain detailed records of key business intelligence, including interactions with key influencers and decision-makers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated track record in lead generation and identifying new sales prospects.
  • Proven ability to cold call, prospect, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Ability to build a robust pipeline using a variety of lead generation methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with MSP, IT services and/or professional services is an advantage.
  • 2-4 years of successful B2B sales experience, lead generation, or inside sales.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an associate degree or equivalent relevant job experience.
  • Proven ability to reach decision-makers and secure meetings.
